Before setting up her own firm, Emi was Director of Marketing and Publicity for Regan Arts. She moved to that job from a position as Vice President, Associate Publisher and Marketing Director, at Grand Central Publishing, and spent time earlier in her career at Goldberg McDuffie Communications, St. Martin’s Press, Simon & Schuster, and New American Library.
